PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water leak of an electronic component and the like, in a frame box of an electronic apparatus and provide a means for accurately detecting an outbreak of water leak. SOLUTION: When liquid passes and comes inside through a flexible board, the liquid which has infiltrated is soaked with an absorbing sheet 2, so that the liquid is prevented from adhering to a terminal 4. When the liquid exceeds the possible level of absorption of the absorbing sheet 2, the liquid which overflowed from the absorbing sheet 2 adheres to the terminal 4, and at the same time, the liquid comes to the side of a water leakage detection label 1, so that the water leakage detection label 1 reacts thereto. By verifying the reaction of the water leak detection label 1 through a certifying window 6 of the water leakage detection label 1, the adhesion of water to the terminal 4 can be verified.
