PURPOSE: A system and method for balance transfer statement notification using UMS is provided to let a person, who transfer balance, save statement and another person, who gets that, confirm the statement. CONSTITUTION: The system method components are a client terminal, that requests balance transfer, finance service systems, which transfer money from one bank account to the other account, a storage part, which saves cellular phone numbers, a transmission part, which sends information to the mobile telecommunication company, and a message transmission server, which sends information to the cellular phone. When a user connects the service system and input information like bank account numbers, a user ID, password, amount of money, etc, the system confirms the receiver's bank account number is correct. If it is correct, the finance service system authorizes it and the amount of money is transferred. If the user wants to sends this transfer information to the receiver, the user connects UMS system and input the receiver's cellular phone number and information. The UMS system sends the information to the receiver.
