PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of dope dyed sea-island type conjugated fiber is provided which is characterized by being possible to show needed color without an additional dyeing when textile and knitting are produced, and by having excellent wash fastness, light fastness, spinning property and false-twisting property. CONSTITUTION: The sea-island type conjugated fiber is comprised of dissolved polymer as sea-ingredient and polyester as island-ingredient. The sea-island type conjugated fiber is obtained by a process containing the steps of: supplying the island-ingredient chip to a main hopper(1); supplying master batch chip containing 5-50wt.% of dope dyed ingredient selected from the group containing carbon black, pigment and dyes to a side hopper(2); melting the island chip and the master batch chip on an inlet of a melt-extruder(3); and then mixing. |
