PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin laminate in which laminated layers are strongly adhered to each other. SOLUTION: The resin laminate includes a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer layer 10, a primer layer 30 laminated on the elastomer layer 10 and a polyurethane layer 20 laminated on the primer layer 30. The primer layer 30 is formed of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer containing an adhesion improving agent consisting of a compound having a functional group containing an active hydrogen and/or a compound having an inorganic/organic balance of 0.5 or higher.
