PURPOSE: A rounding machine for a cutting blade with a good acute angle forming is provided to rapidly and efficiently implement an acute angle forming by constituting two rounding units to be independently rotated each other. CONSTITUTION: A rounding machine for a cutting blade includes a nozzle(12), a first rounding member(30A), a second rounding member(30B), a first rotating body, a second rotating body, and a driving unit. The nozzle forwardly carries the cutting blade to a working region through a guide groove longitudinally formed on the cutting blade. The cutting blade carried to the working region is rounded with its one face by the first rounding member. The other face of the cutting blade is rounded by the second rounding member. The first rotating body guides the rotating of the second rounding member while stably supporting the first rounding member. The second rotating body guides the rotating of the first rounding member while stably supporting the second rounding member, and is rotated independently from the first rotating body.
