PURPOSE: A method for taking the statistics of call quality reflection factors in a CDMA system is provided to confirm a call quality deterioration cause and to take an immediate step in case that a falling-off in call quality is generated by systematically managing call quality factors. CONSTITUTION: A data collection part collects data for a transmission path between an MSC(Mobile Switching Center) and a BS(Base Station), and the traffic, handoff and vocoder of the BS(610). A data statistical analysis part executes a traffic statistical analysis, a handoff statistical analysis, a vocoder statistical analysis, and a transmission path statistical analysis for the collected data using a statistical analysis algorithm(620-650). Also a statistical extraction part extracts statistics. An output part summarizes and outputs individual statistical information and total statistical information for the call quality reflection factors outputted from the statistical extraction part(660). |
