PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air breather of a differential device capable of setting an atmospheric air release port of an air breather hose at a relatively high position and where the assembly work can be efficiently performed, improving the assembly workability of the air breather hose, and reducing the number of parts of the device without forming an work window. SOLUTION: A fuel tank 20 is disposed at a position below a floor panel 10 outside a cabin 7. A fuel filler neck 21 of the fuel tank 20 is made to pierce through a rear fender panel 4b and a fuel fill opening 21a of the fuel filler neck 21 is disposed inside a fuel fill box 22. One end la of the air breather hose l is opened inside the differential device, and the atmospheric air release port of the other end lb of the air breather hose l is formed at a position near a body panel piercing part (through hole 23) of the fuel filler neck 21 and outside the fuel fill box 22.
