PURPOSE: Provided is a process of preparing seasoned laver by coating sugar liquid on laver and spraying a sesame-salt seasoning agent or a sesame-salt-wasabi seasoning agent thereon before roasting. Whereby, the product has a sweet taste and savory aroma, and good eating quality. CONSTITUTION: A dried laver is roasted and cooled for the first time, and a sugar liquid containing starch syrup and sugar in a ratio of 9:1 is then coated on at least one surface of the roasted laver. A seasoning agent containing 80 to 97% by weight of roasted sesame and 13 to 20% by weight of salt is sprayed on the sugar liquid layer, roasted and then cooled. The seasoning agent may contain 55 to 65% by weight of roasted sesame, 10% by weight of salt and 25 to 35% by weight of wasabi. |
