PURPOSE: A device for improving brake safety of an ABS(Anti-lock Brake System) is provided to remove yawing by dropping brake pressure of a rear wheel. CONSTITUTION: A device for improving brake safety in an anti-lock brake system comprises a brake lamp switch(11) inputting operation of a brake pedal into an ABS electronic control unit(17); a vehicle speed sensor(13) detecting rotational speed of a wheel; a yawing sensor(15) inputting movement of a chassis around a vertical shaft into the ABS electronic control unit; and an ABS actuator(19) decreasing brake hydraulic pressure of a rear wheel. The ABS actuator controls brake force by increasing or decreasing the hydraulic pressure of the brake by being mounted on a pipe connecting a master cylinder and a wheel cylinder. Thereby, the device for improving brake safety in the ABS removes yawing by dropping the brake pressure of the rear wheel.
