PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-assisted bicycle capable of stably placing the parts of a disassembled body on a ground. SOLUTION: Two leg portions 70c are formed around the lower part of an assisting unit held on a rear frame 23, preferably at the lower part of a motor, in the cross direction of the body. When a body frame is disassembled, the parts of the rear frame 23 can be erected by themselves on the ground GR while being supported at three points, a rear wheel WR and the two leg portions 70c. As a result, the assembling/disassembling workability for the power-assisted bicycle is improved.
