PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking junction-type heat sink where assembly work before caulking can performed easily be. SOLUTION: In the heat sink, fins are caulked/jointed to a plurality of parallel grooves 3 arranged in the fin-fitting face 2 of a base plate 1. The fins are constituted of a plurality of portal fins 4. Each portal fin has one folding part 7 and two legs 14; each end of the legs 14 and 15 of the two adjacent portable fins 4 and 5, two parts in total, are arranged in the respective grooves 3; and the two ends plastically deform a metallic member 6 arranged between the two ends and they are caulked and jointed. Thus, assembly work before caulking is easy, since the ends of the legs 14 and 15 of the portal fins 4 are arranged in a plurality of the parallel grooves 3 disposed in the fin-fitting face 2 of the base plate 1.
