PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a plurality of fire determinations systematically without applying any excessive load. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of fire sensors is provided with a detecting means detecting a change in physical quantity due to a fire, an analog processing means generating an analog signal digitally representing a detection output from the detecting means, a sensor side fire determining means performing a predetermined fire determination on the basis of the detection output from a detection part and generating a fire signal on the basis of the determination result, a transmitting means selecting either of the analog signal or the fire signal in compliance with a calling signal from a fire receiver and transmitting the selected signal. The fire receiver is provided with a calling means transmitting a call signal to a plurality of fire sensors, a receiving side fire determining means performing a fire determination differently from the predetermined fire determination on the basis of the analog signal in receipt of the analog signal complying with the call signal, a fire processing means processing receipt of the fire signal as a fire in receipt of the fire signal matching the call signal, and an alarm means giving an alarm when either of the receiving side fire determining means or the fire processing means determines a fire.
