PURPOSE: A device for controlling a screen expansion lens is provided to attach a lens to a display device, to correct an error generated between the lens and a targeted expansion screen, thereby clearly expanding the targeted screen. CONSTITUTION: A signal input unit(31) makes an original signal and a monitoring signal as pixels types, and inputs the signals. A storage(32) makes the original and the monitoring signals pixels, to store the pixels, and pre-calculates data for correcting an error between the original signal and the monitoring signal to store the error, then processes the error. A resolution controller(33) contrasts an error of comparing the original signal with the monitoring signal with the error stored in the storage, and controls resolution. A signal synthesizer(34) synthesizes the error-compensated signals together. A signal output unit(35) receives a signal whose resolution is maintained, and makes the signal acceptable in a lens controller(36), then outputs the signal. The lens controller controls a projecting lens and a monitoring lens of the signal output unit. A lens(37) expands a screen according to a signal outputted from the lens controller. |
