PURPOSE: A billing record producing apparatus for a wireless Internet service is provided to produce an exact billing record relating to the use of wireless Internet service through an MSC(Mobile Switching Center) or a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) gateway by using a CDR(Call Detail Record) produced from the MSC and log data produced from the WAP gateway. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(10) is a terminal capable of receiving information provided from an Internet server(60) and can execute the data and audio communication. A base station(20) manages the terminal(10) within a certain extent. A base station controller(30) selects a proper base station(20) according to the change of position of the terminal(10). An MSC(40) performs a connection of the terminal(10) and other wire/wireless communication terminals and records information required for billing such as the numbers of destination and originating subscribers, kinds of a call, starting and finishing time of the telephone call etc. The WAP gateway(50) connects the communication systems(10,20,30,40) to the Internet server(60), converts different data types or protocols between the system and the server(60) and records log data to a log data storage region.
