PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of transmission torque, absorbing positional deviation of a power roller due to dimensional tolerance, etc. SOLUTION: A link supporting member 12 of an upper link 4 is coupled with the casing 10 side and a link supporting member 30 of a lower link 5 is fastened on the cylinder body 60 side via stud bolts 33 and 34 nuts 33a and 34a. When the nuts 33a and 34a are loosened, a knock pin 32 for allowing the lower link 5 in a prescribed range in only the longitudinal direction and a location hole 60B are formed.
