PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural outer face member capable of comfortably maintaining an indoor environment, and capable of improving cooling efficiency by restraining overheat of a building by the sunlight in an intense heat season. SOLUTION: This outer face member 10 such as a roofing tile executed on an outdoor exposed surface of the building, includes an inorganic humidity control material of 10 to 97 wt.%, and an inorganic binder component. A moisture perameable surface layer 14 can be arranged on an exposed surface of a body part 12.
