PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-household house that can flexibly cope with the change of family constitution and a life style. SOLUTION: A common vestibule 3 is arranged on the first floor of a building, and a family room (living room) 7 is arranged facing a vestibule hall 5 of the vestibule 3. Two Japanese-style rooms 13, 14 are arranged respectively adjoining the family room 7. The vestibule hall 5 is provided with a going-up opening of a stairway 6 for going up to the second floor, and a going-down opening of the stairway 6 is provided in another family room arranged on the second floor. A walk-in closet 15 accessible from both Japanese-style rooms 13, 14 is arranged between two Japanese-style rooms 13, 14.
