PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a reduction in speed when combining a slewing operation with the operation of a front device 9 in a back hoe equipped with a load sensing system for controlling the discharge flow of a pump P1, which feeds pressure oil to the front device 9, according to a work load. SOLUTION: Constitutionally, a control valve V1 for slewing is taken as a hydraulic pilot type one, and an increase in the discharge flow of the pump P1 is controlled by pilot pressure fed to the control valve V1.
