PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a program to electronic equipment without using a memory media such as a memory card or a private cable, to reduce a labor, and to prevent a trouble such as a mechanical damage. SOLUTION: Program utilization equipment 11 is this microcomputer applied equipment having a program control type control part, and a holding means for holding a program executed by the control part. When detecting a program providing means installed outside, establishing radio link with the program providing means, and acquiring a program which is a renewal object from the program providing means through the radio link, the program utilization equipment 11 determines whether a version of the program to be acquired is newer than a version of the program held in the holding means or not, acquires the program which is the renewal object when the determination result is affirmative, and renews the program held in the holding means with the acquired program.
