PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an auxiliary power supply voltage of an auxiliary power supply unit of a switching power supply device. SOLUTION: Two secondary windings NL2 and NL3 (number of turns NL2<NL3), whose winding-start positions are connected in opposite directions, are provided on the secondary side of a choke coil L, and the output voltage is outputted alternately from the secondary windings NL2 and NL3 by on/off switching a transistor Q, to stabilize an auxiliary power supply voltage VLout of an auxiliary power supply unit of a switching power supply device.
