PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a grounding function by deriving a grounding wire connected to a ring shaped stator or a protruding board part outside a resin mold part. SOLUTION: This ground fixing structure is composed by deriving the grounding wire (7) connected to the ring shaped stator (1) or the protruding board part (23) of a printed board (20) connected to the grounding wire (7) outside the resin mold part (10) and securing the grounding function in the structure using the resin mold part (10).
