PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker the efficiency of which can be enhanced by narrowing an air gap between a voice coil bobbin and a yoke so as to enhance the magnetic flux density in the air gap, while ensuring the mechanical strength and the durability of a fixture for manufacturing the loudspeaker. SOLUTION: Projections 21 are formed to the fixture 2 for manufacturing the loudspeaker and recessed parts 11 corresponding to the projections 21 are formed to a central columnar part 13 of a yoke 1. By engaging the projections 21 of the fixture 2 with the recessed parts 11 of the yoke 1, the fixture is fit 2 to the yoke 1. Thus, each projection 21 is radially projected from the surface of the central columnar part 13 of the yoke 1 to obtain a thickness equivalent to the air gap between the yoke 1 and the voice coil bobbin.
