PURPOSE: A structure of cabinet of integral type air conditioner is provided to minimize volume of the cabinet. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes an upper surface part(51) having a horizontal flange(52) and forming an upper exterior of a cabinet(50); and side surface parts(61,61') having vertical flanges(62) with coupling holes(62') for coupling with an outdoor heat exchanger and formed by perpendicularly bending both sides of the upper surface part to form a side exterior of the cabinet so that the horizontal flange and the vertical flanges are formed by perpendicularly bending rear sides of the upper surface part and the side surface parts to form an edge of a penetrating hole on a rear side of the cabinet and miter setting parts(K) of the upper surface part and the side surface parts separately formed.
