PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desorative material having high design effect capable of excressing a grain feeling near to natural wood. SOLUTION: The grain like uneven pattern 2 formed on the surface of the base material 1 of the decorative material 10 comprises a aggregate wherein numerous-line like projected parts 3 and recessed parts 4 are alternately arranged and has an uneven shape wherein the cycle of the projected parts is same or almost same and a ratio R of [width W3 of projected parts/width W4 of recessed parts] becomes large as the altitude of the envelope surface E of the projected parts becomes high. If a region A low in altitude is set to a spring wood part and a region C high in altitude is set to an autumn wood part, a relief design can be expressed.
