PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the operational burden of a user to set print items for each printer and to avoid such a situation as setting a print item which can not be set on the side of a printer outputting image data. SOLUTION: A reading/analyzing section 111 analyzes print set items recorded on a memory card 109 by a printer and, based on the analyzed print set items, a print information generating section 107 generates additional information related to print setting required for printing by means of the printer at a print information generating section 107.
