PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature correction circuit that can obtain a flat frequency characteristic, where no impedance mismatching is caused by an attenuator that corrects a gain change in an active circuit caused by a temperature change. SOLUTION: The temperature correction circuit is provided with the active circuit 5 that changes its output level due to a temperature change, a variable attenuator 8 that is connected in cascade with the active circuit 5 and provides a nearly constant impedance independently of the attenuation even when the attenuation is changed, and a drive circuit 9 that controls the attenuation of the variable attenuator 8, and the drive circuit 9 outputs a control voltage changed with the temperature change to the variable attenuator 8 so as to change the attenuation and correct the change in the gain by the change in the attenuation.
