PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably pump up oil in an oil reservoir to a pump even at the time of driving under large acceleration. SOLUTION: A clearance 13 free to pass the oil 7 is provided between a closed container 1 and an oil level regulating plate 12 in a rotary compressor horizontally setting the oil level regulating plate 12 furnished with a hole 14 in which an oil pickup means 11 is inserted on a central part in the neighborhood of an oil level in a horizontal state by setting the pump 2 furnished with the oil pickup means 11 on the lower part side of the closed container 1 free to pump up the oil 7 from the oil reservoir So of the closed container 1 and setting a motor 3 on it.
