PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electrophotographic photoreceptor which has an inorganic surface protective layer excellent in physical stability and hardly causing cracks or peeling in the environment for practical use or by a long-term storage or the like and which is excellent in durability compared to conventional photoreceptors. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has an organic photosensitive layer and an inorganic surface protective layer laminated in this order. At least the outermost surface part of the organic photosensitive layer in contact with the surface protective layer contains an enamine derivative expressed by formula (1). In formula (1), A represents an aryl group, heterocyclic group of formula (2) or (3), R1 and R2 represent hydrogen atoms, alkyl groups, aryl groups, aralkyl groups or may be coupled to form a cyclic structure, R3 represents an alkyl group, aryl group or aralkyl group, R4 represents hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or aryl group, and n represents an integer 0 or 1. In formulae (2) and (3), R5 represents hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or aryl group and each of R6 to R9 represents an alkyl group, aryl group or aralkyl group.
