PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material which improves film fogging and scuffing in high-speed traveling and suppresses the sticking of silver sludge to a film due to reduced replenishment. SOLUTION: In the silver halide photographic sensitive material having at least one photosensitive silver halide photographic emulsion layer on the base, a hydrazine derivative, a hydrophobic polymer having <=50 deg.C glass transition temperature and an ethylene oxide activator are contained in the emulsion layer or another hydrophilic colloidal layer, the sensitive material has an antistatic layer on one face of the base, a cationic antistatic polymer is contained in the antistatic layer and value given by dividing the dynamic loss modulus of the sensitive material by the dynamic storage modulus is 0.1-0.7.
