PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens cap transmission apparatus with a close-up function and a start-up function, which is easy to use, and can reduce the inner space of a camera and the material cost. SOLUTION: This lens cap transmission apparatus is provided in the camera. The camera has a lens and a lens cap. The lens has a lens pull rod for adjusting its focal length. The lens cap is coupled to the camera by a fixed spindle and has a lens cap pull rod. This apparatus includes a lens cap frame and a lens frame. The les cap frame is coupled to the lens cap pull rod, and the lens frame is coupled to the lens pull rod. The apparatus can move back and forth along a coordinate axis. The lens cap frame and the lens frame respectively open the lens cap and turn the lens, whereby the camera is set directly to an open mode or a close-up mode.
