PURPOSE: A hydraulic control method in shifting a skid loader by using a hydraulic motor is provided to shift gears conveniently, and to protect a transmission by releasing hydraulic pressure in shifting with installing a hydraulic pressure release unit in a hydraulic pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A skid loader is driven by using hydraulic pressure, and a gearbox is installed in a rotating shaft of a hydraulic motor(20). A hydraulic pressure release valve is mounted in a hydraulic line(30), and the hydraulic motor is connected to the hydraulic line. A hydraulic release switch(42) is installed in a shift lever(40) of the gearbox to adjust the hydraulic pressure release valve. A hydraulic release lever(41) is installed in a handle of the shift lever, and the hydraulic release switch is placed in the shift lever. The hydraulic release switch controls the hydraulic pressure release valve connected to the hydraulic line of the hydraulic motor in series. Manufacturing expenses are reduced with driving the skid loader by hydraulic pressure, and endurance of gears is improved. Accidents are prevented with shifting gears conveniently, and the gearbox is protected.
