PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the realization of the temperature control of a Peltier element, constituted of a multitude of channels, inexpensively with a small-size constitution. SOLUTION: A temperature controller 100 is provided with a DC electric power supply unit 3 for a common module for supplying electric current to the Peltier elements (7-1-7-3) of a multitude of channels, and a supplying power supply distributing means 10 for controlling the distribution of the electric current supplied to each Peltier elements of respective channels within the range of capacity of power supply of the DC power supply unit 3 for the module.
