PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash device allowing an adequate replacement or rearrangement of the sash device installed to an opening portion of a building. SOLUTION: An upper support piece 5 is protruded to an upper wall 1a of an opening portion 1 made in a building frame A with an lower support piece 6 being protruded to a lower wall 1b respectively in a direction facing each other. At the outdoor end portion 1b' of the lower wall 1b at the outdoor side-surface side of the lower support piece 6, a decorative member 13 with the top surface 13a which is gradually lowered downward and sloped in an outdoor side direction is overlaid on the top surface of the outdoor end portion 1b' over the whole length and the outdoor end 13b is protruded from the outdoor end portion 1b' in the outdoor direction and fixed. An upper frame and a lower frame are overlaid to the upper support piece 5 and the lower support piece 6 from the outdoor side respectively, an adequate number of sashes are attached detachably with tightening means 9 each comprising a set of a threaded rod 10 and a nut 12 screwed thereon, and a sealing material 16 is filled between neighboring vertical frames of the sashes and between the opening portion and the sash.
