PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning scaffold device of a spherical tank capable of preventing an unexpected movement by wind of a scaffold structure regardless of moving driving time and stopping time. SOLUTION: This turning scaffold device 1 is arranged so that the scaffold structure 20 can turn around the spherical tank 10, and is constituted so that a driving fixing device 40 provided on the scaffold structure 20 moves and drives the scaffold structure 20 and fixes the scaffold structure at stopping time so as to haul a driving fixing rope 13 laid in an equatorial position of the spherical tank 10 by winding the rope on the driving drum.
