PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure fitness around the waist without losing absorbency of an absorbent. SOLUTION: On a paper sheet which has a liquid permeable top sheet 1, facing a wearer, and a liquid impermeable back sheet 2, opposite to the wearer, and a absorbent 3 interposed between both sheets of 1 and 2 in the central part of the waist part A and the leg part B, many elastic members 4, which stretch in the horizontal direction between the horizontal edge of the above part A around the waist and the outside edge of the above absorbent so that the part A fit well around the waist of the wearer and the absorbent 3 does not shrink to lose absorbency.
