PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a small amount of leaking liquid and facilitate setting of to piping installation. SOLUTION: An opening/closing valve 16 which is closable by an energizing force counteracting a liquid pressure and openable by an increase in the liquid pressure is installed in a device body 11. A side chamber 20 communicating with the downstream of the valve 16 is provided in the device body 11, while a variable capacity chamber 22 communicating with the upstream of the valve 16 is provided in the side chamber. Deformation of the chamber 22, caused by a leaking liquid, causes a switch 30 to be actuated for controlling an liquid leak annunciation part 31.
