PURPOSE: A control apparatus making a granular material having the same cross-sectional shapes to be discharged repeatedly according to a bottle-neck path by a one-touch method and easy control of a discharge amount according to the sort of the granule material is provided which can give convenience to a user and maximize the function of a vessel. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus comprises: a fixing flap(26) integrally formed in a vessel body(20) and having a plurality of safe landing grooves(25); a guide rail(27) formed opposite to the fixing flap; and a discharge amount control hole comprising a first lever(29) counting the discharge amount of granule material through a path(28) connected to a discharge hole(22) and a second lever(30) discharging the counted granule through the discharge hole by closing the path.
