PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for inspecting blood that can fully exhibit an expected medicine performance without decreasing the performance of a medicine by preventing the contact between a medicine such as a blood coagulation accelerator and a blood anticoagulant, and serum or a plasma separating medium, and at the same time, preventing the medicine such as the blood coagulation accelerator and blood anticoagulant from being mixed into the separating medium. SOLUTION: In the vessel for inspecting blood made of a tube where one end is open and the other is closed, serum or plasma separating medium is accommodated at the bottom section of the tube, either the blood coagulation accelerator or the blood anticoagulant is retained on the tube inner wall on the opening side from the accommodation section of the separating medium, and a contact prevention means is provided on the tube inner wall between the upper separating medium and the medicine.
