PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location information notice system for a mobile terminal, which does not require a special device or processing in the mobile unit, decreases the device with respect to system conversion processing and the processing for location information notice and copes with even the change of the wireless zone of the mobile unit. SOLUTION: A PPM(Packet Processing Module) 30 adds base station information to a packet from mobile terminals 101 , 10n and transmits the resulting packet to a PGW(Packet Gateway) 40. The PGW 40 transmits the received packet addressed to an application system 65 to the system 65. On the other hand, when the packet addressed to the system 65 requires position information, the base station information is sent to a base station information converter 50 to request conversion. The base station information converter 50 converts the base station information into the base station location information and returns the base station location information to the PGW 40. The PGW 40 transmits the base station location information to the application system 65.
