POWER SUPPLY FOR MAGNETRON DRIVE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive power supply for magnetron drive, which suppress high harmonic currents. SOLUTION: A first and second flywheel diodes 5 and 6 and a first and second rectification diodes 3 and 4 are accommodated into one package, thus effectively using a diode in a diode bridge 14, eliminating the need for incorporating the diode into semiconductor switches 7 and 8, and hence inexpensively realizing a power supply for magnetron drive.
