PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently obtain high-quality print out of data. SOLUTION: A user transmits data desired to print out from an information processor at his/her residence or office or a portable telephone set not shown in the figure to a printer provided at a desired public facility (store) via a communication line (step (1)). The desired public facility (store) can be a convenience store in the neighborhood of his/her residence or office or that near the destination of going out, e.g. Next, the user goes to the store (step (2)). Then, the picture data is printed (outputted) by the printer provided at the store (step (3)). Thus, even the user having no printer can easily print out the picture data.
