PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker fitting device capable of fitting a support member to a base without using a screw stopper and fixing it reliably even when the thickness of the base is different. SOLUTION: The support member 1 is fixed to an opening part 21 formed at the base 20, and a speaker 30 is mounted to the member 1. The member 1 is provided with a positioning means 2 and a fixing means 11. The means 2 is provided with a movable plate 6 which can be moved in a radial direction within the part 21. The means 11 has an inserting and holding piece 13 and a pressurizing piece 14, and the base 20 is held between the piece 13 and the supporting surface 1b of the member 1, and is locked in the insert/hold state by pressurizing the piece 13 by the pressurizing part 14b of the piece 14.
