PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein irregularity of a shape is generated in a metallic guide plate at the time of the manufacturing and thereby a contact of a conveyor belt and the guide plate is generated to increase carrier resistance. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the guide plate 1 having a prescribed curved surface part 2, a conveyor belt 5 traveling along an internal surface of the guide plate 1 and a pressure air supplying machine for supplying pressure air between the conveyor belt 5 and the guide plate 1 and floating the conveyor belt 5. By forming the guide plate 1 having the curved surface part 2 by fiber reinforced plastic, the guide plate 1 having the prescribed curved surface part 2 without irregularity of the shape is manufactured.
