PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for electric equipment insulation, having excellent surface drying characteristics, water resistance and chemical resistance free from problems of smell. SOLUTION: This resin composition for electric equipment insulation comprises an unsaturated polyester resin, a dicyclopentadiene resin and a crosslinkable monomer.
