PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardenable composition giving a hardened product excellent in antistatic properties, mar resistance and transparency or the like and to provide the hardened product. SOLUTION: An organic solvent hardenable composition is characterized by containing the following compounds (A-1) to (D) in the total solid content of which the concentration is 0.5-75%. (A-1) a tin-oxide containing a needle- shaped antimon of 40-80 wt.%, (B) a reactant of a hydroxyl group-containing multifunctional (meth)acrylate and a diisocyanate of 5-40 wt.%, (C) a multifunctional (meth)acrylate of 5-30 wt.%, (D) a photopolymerization initiator of 0.5-10 wt.%.
