PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly check identity in case of death by fire or the like and to rapidly recognize identity, blood type and case history, in the case of serious illness due to accident. SOLUTION: If a person carries the personal identity card, the person is capable of rapidly recognizing the necessary items in the case of the fire or accident. Existence of such international management organization is preferable.
