PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded cable with high terminal working workability. SOLUTION: This shielded cable 10 is manufactured by arranging a plurality of signal wires 16, 16b formed by covering conductors 12a, 12b with an insulator 14 and a drain wire 18 in parallel and installing a shielded conductor 22 and sheath 24 in the outer circumference of these wires 16a, 16b, 18 in order. A plurality of signal wires 16a, 16b have the insulator 14 covering them by being extruded together on the same plane, the drain wire 18 is arranged in a drain wire arranging groove 20 formed on the surface of the insulator 14 between the signal wire 16a and the signal wire 16b being adjacent to the signal wire 16a. A visibility part 26 is preferable to be installed on the surface of the sheath 24 in the lengthy direction along the drain wire arranging groove 20.
