PURPOSE: To obtain a polyether-based polymer capable of enhancing ion conductivity around a room temperature, an ion conductive polymer composition obtained by using the same and to provide an electrochemical device. CONSTITUTION: The polyether-based polymer compound to be used has a structure unit represented by formula (1), a structure unit represented by formula (2) and/or a structure unit represented by formula (3) and has a polymerizable functional group and/or a non-polymerizable functional group at each end of the molecular chain.
