SUBSTANCE: process comprises steps of creating variable magnetic field in working gap of apparatus for magnetic treatment of water; passing water through working gap; acting upon water moving in working gap by means of magnetic field. Variable magnetic field in working gap of apparatus for magnetic treatment of water is created by means of direct electric current source used for supplying power to magnetic blocks. Configuration of said magnetic blocks is such that it allows to act by means of magnetic field upon laminar component of water flow and also upon its turbulent component.
