SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dry partially amorphous products that comprise an active component and stabilizing mixtures of substances including at least two components. One substance of a stabilizing mixture is taken among a group comprising monosaccharides, disaccharides and zwitterion with a polar residue. The indicated zwitterion means arginine, aspartic acid, citrulline, glutamic acid, ornithine, histidine, lysine. The second substance of a stabilizing mixture is a zwitterion with a nonpolar residue and means acetylphenylalanine ester, alanine, cysteine, glycine, leucine, methionine, tryptophan, valine, sarcosine. Biologically active material means peptides, proteins, glycoproteins, antibodies, viruses, vaccines, cells and other substances. According to a method of preparing amorphous products the solution of biologically active component and indicated stabilizing substances are prepared and then solution is dried without its freezing.
